We regret that due to a family funeral the tea room will be closed on Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 May. We apologise for any inconvenience.
The Museum Tea Room is run by Pip’s Catering and is located downstairs in the new wing. We serve freshly prepared sandwiches, homemade soup and savoury light bites and a lovely selection of sweet treats including traybakes, cakes and scones. In the tea room we serve Yorkshire tea, a selection of flavoured teas, cafetieres of fresh ground coffee and bottled and canned soft drinks.
The Tea Room is open Tuesday – Saturday inclusive 10am – 3.30pm. Takeaway service is available Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 4pm. Please note that during school holidays the tea room will be open Tuesday – Friday 10am – 3.30pm.
